Big Red Barn
The barn is built in the old style, a vast three level structure that is greater in height than a mere three stories, actually closer to five. Great wooden posts support the weight of the upper levels and roof, sunk into the hard-packed dirt floor of the first level like a sparse forest of regularly spaced, naked trees. The stalls and flagstones which once were here have been torn out to leave a rather open area where even crinos Garou may roam freely without fear of running into anything but the supports or the walls or the ladder at the back which allows access to the other two levels.
The first two levels are relatively open to each other, the second being only little wider than a catwalk going around all the walls but the front one, which has massive, twenty foot tall doors set into it. The third level is a true second floor except for a place cut out that allowed hay to be tossed down to the ground floor when the farm was actually worked. Now, it is a hayloft where Garou can sleep outside of the house.

[Wildfire's lupus desc]
A solid grey wolf with broad shoulders, corded muscles, and strong jaws. A scar runs across his left eye, though the eye itself is intact. Another pattern of scars suspiciously looking like a bite from something very big can be seen circling around his chest, abdomen, and back. Classic lines mark this creature as does a certain bearing in his posture.
Wildfire is resting near one corner of the barn, his great lupus frame curled up for a nap. Behind him, in the very corner, rests a guitar.
Footsteps over grass approach, followed by the sliding of the large doors of the barn. A lone girl shadowed by twilight enters, slipping in with a clear radiance of energy about her. The door creaks closed, and a quick check is made. The Gnawer stops there, her eyes settling on the resting wolf.
Wildfire comes to life as the doors open, his head raising to peer over at whomever has just entered the place. He slowly gets to his feet.
Yi stands there, letting the wolf do as it wishes without her obstruction. Recognition doesn't pass through her mind, the lupus completely unknown to her. Still, she does not forget who she is, or where she is. "Good evening," she greets quietly with a short bow of her head. "I hope I have not disturbed your sleep. I can leave, if you wish it."
Wildfire stands there for a short time in silence, as solid a fixture as the foundation of the barn itself. Eventually he turns his thick neck towards a switch. Turn on the light.
Yi squints her eyes in the growing dark, finding the switch and flicking it on. Immediately the bath of rays shows immediate details. Yi looks back to the wolf, and again dips her head in a more visible, proper greeting.
Wildfire squints for a moment, peering at the other all the while. I know of you, he states flatly. Gnawer. Had some bad cub who's back I once broke. He moves a little, turning his side to Yi, muscles playing under coarse grey fur.
Yi's eyes narrow with thought, searching but not finding. "Forgive me, but I do not recognize you. I have been away, and have returned." She approaches slowly, taking a circling coarse much the way two wolves would pass each other.
Wildfire's tail is held just above parallel with the ground, each step he now takes a careful, measured motion. As have I, for many days. Almost two seasons. Perhaps you new me before as Lion's-Roar.
Yi stops in the circular walk, directly facing the wolf. Lowering slowly, she kneels upon one knee and takes in the lupus visage with a careful eye. The name registers slowly, muddled thoughts coming clear with the name. "Lion's-Roar... Owen?" Immediately, the Gnawer's mind clicks on like the light in the barn, and the calm play of her lips spreads up into a faint smile. "Then I do remember you. The one who went to find yourself again, and now returned... with a new name?"
Wildfire stops in his tracks, turning back a bit to face the Gnawer again. His head now held high, he looks upon the Gnawer candidly. I am Wildfire.
Yi exhales in a relieved sigh, though the reasons behind it unknown. "Welcome back then, Wildfire-rhya. I trust you have quite a story to tell of your name." The Gnawer lowers herself further, sitting half crosslegged and half knee-raised.
Wildfire stalks forward slowly as the Gnawer settles down, each time his heavy paws seemingly claiming the earth beneath them. Perhaps I do. Three-Blades, is it not?
Yi dips her head respectfully, eyes lowering at the wolf's approach. "Yes," she replies simply before raising her gaze again. She is impressed indeed, and grateful to be remembered.
Satisfied with something that just happened, Wildire grunts, settling back upon his haunches before the other. The sewers?
"Still in need of a good cleaning," Yi replies succinctly, "Though I have heard the others made progress. The hospital is another target, among many."
Wildfire is sitting upon his haunches near the center of the barn, Yi sitting before him. I have heard some of the... (he fails to find the word) ...sick place. It seems to have fallen back to darker days.
Summer prods the door open a little, and peers inside--cautious, at first. Then she slips inside, offering the Asian woman a tentative smile. There's a nervous glance to the wolf, but she tries not to let her eyes stray that way, too much. "Um... hi."
Yi nods slowly, the situation there unfortunate as well. "The Wyrm has its claws in almost everything," Yi agrees softly only to straighten and turn her head when the door opens. It takes a little while for the Gnawer to remember the kin, but she still does. "Hello... Summer yes?"
Summer answers with a sudden, wide smile. "Yeah. I... don't think I remember your name, though?" she says apologetically.
Wildfire recognizes the kin almost immediately. For Summer, it would appear this great, grey wolf is quite used to people coming around. He just watches her with a bit of interest from where he sits, but he certainly doesn't make to get up.
"Yi," the Gnawer replies with a short dip of her head. The newmoon doesn't rise, but turns partly back towards Wildfire. "Perhaps there will be a time I can hear of your journey, and finding of names." A glance back to Summer, and she tilts her head at the kin. "Were you looking for someone?"
Summer shrugs, ducking her head, her habitual smile easing a little into wryness. "Just wanted to see who was here... thought I heard someone. That's all."
The large old doors of the barn moan as they are pushed open. A sillhouette against the night sky turns into a dark face, as Tyler leans in through the partially-open door, squinting in the light and looking around. He steps fully into the barn, looking back as he pushes the door closed behind him. He looks back to those in the barn, his eyes still squinting as he adjusts to the light.
Summer glances back over her shoulder, the quick movement betraying a little of her inward tension--but she gives the newcomer a tentative smile of recognition.
Yi shifts again, hesitant unease of her own mixing with restless energy brought on by Luna's darkside. Her recognition of the newest face is clear though, as she again rises to a standing position and dusts off her pants. "Evening, Rain-Cougar." A quick visual check goes around to wonder if everyone in the room knows each other.
Wildfire gets to all fours as the newcomer makes his way into the barn. He makes no pretense at knowing who this person is, instead glaring at him, hackles raised just enough to show.
Tyler doesn't continue into the barn, but instead remains standing by the large doors. His first look is straight at the large grey wolf, but it is only breif. He looks to Yi first, and then to Summer, and nods to the two women. He then looks back to the grey wolf. He matches his gaze to the beast for a moment, before lowering his eyes. He crosses his muscular arms, and looks to Yi. He says, after a moment, "How's it going?"
Yi keeps her gazes respectfully low, for both Garou. "The evening is fine... just a little, active. I thought a good run would get rid of some of the energy, but..." The Gnawer shrugs, registering Wildfire's hackles with some innate sense of tension reading. "Have you met Wildfire-rhya?"
Wildfire seems satisfied with that. He lumbers over, perhaps surprisingly to some, to settle himself by the kinswoman's side. He doesn't speak in any way just now, instead watching the mohawked one intently.
Summer glances down to the animal, a flicker of alarm in her eyes. "Wildfire?" she asks no one in particular, confused.
Tyler shakes his head at Yi. He looks to Summer, as she seems confused, and looks back to Yi, and the look on his face shows he's a little unsure of whether to continue this conversation, with the kin woman here...
Yi blinks at the confusion spreading around. "Something wrong?" The newmoon's glance amongst the three others echoes their confusion. Then again, the kin of her homesept were usually clued in. "Erm... Wildfire. Him." She motions introducingly towards the lupus.
Summer lets out a breath, and manages a rather embarassed smile. "Oh." She glances down, noticig that one hand has settled on the wolf's shoulder in an unconscious gesture of companionship. "That would be you. Right. Sorry..." She gives Tyler a wry half-smile.
Wildfire licks his chops, still eyeing the Wendigo. Speak with her here, he manages, only an ear flicking once as far as the kinswoman can tell.
Tyler's reservations about secrecy dissapear when Summer looks to him with that smile. He turns his attention to the lupine, and nods respectfully to him. With his gaze only meeting Wildfire long enough to show acknowledgement as Tyler introduces himself, he says, "Hello... I'm Rain Cougar. Warrior of the Wendigo, Son of the Turtle Clan of the Kanienkehaka, Ward of Myeengung, and Smoke Dancer of the Tatonka Ennapay pack; now fallen in battle with the many faces of the Horned Serpent." He averts stands tall and proud as he finishes his introduction, but he says nothing else, and averts his cold eyes from the Fostern.
Summer swallows, blinking a time or two at the lengthy Garou introduction; her smile returns, though, quiet and slow. Almost admiring, even.
Yi doesn't seem to mind the extremely long introduction. She's heard longer. But it is still impressive, and a bit confusing with the names. A short stiffening of her back and subsequent relaxing releases some of the latent energy in her. "I think I'm going to walk some more. See you all around?"
Wildfire dips his head only slightly. Wildfire. Fenris' son and of the fullest moon. Fostern. This is not my birth form. Perhaps another time I will give you more to hear. He then looks to Yi, saying nothing to her as she starts to leave.
Tyler nods to Wildfire's introduction. He looks to Yi after a moment, and smiles slightly, but says nothing.
Yi bows her head again to all three, before opening up the barn doors a crack and slipping out, closing the doors behind her.
