Forgotten Church(#1801RAJLM)
The old church is dark, dimly lit by outside light coming in through scum-encrusted windows during the day, and tomblike during the night. There is a coatroom in the back of the nave, with separate doors leading off to mens' and womens' restrooms, and two staircases, one going up to the balcony and bell-tower, and the other leading down to the basement. The double doors leading out to the street are at the back of the coatroom.
The hard wooden pews in the sanctuary are, for the most part, still intact. There are even Bibles and hymnals left in the shelves along the back of each row, although many of them look rather chewed on. The altar on a dais at the front of the church is empty, and the lectern that once stood next to it has been knocked over. Rotting red cloth hangs at the very front of the church; there might once have been a design on it, but it has long since faded or been eaten away.

Street Basement
One-Rage is laying in the middle of the church, very still, eyes closed, breathing heavily, as if he was in a lot of pain.
Yi slides into through the doors, her somewhat disheveled, worried look creasing her features as her eyes drop to Jay.
One-Rage continues to lay motionless on the church floor, his tail twitching slightly back and forth, ears flat upon his skull, eyes closed.
Yi walks over to her pained friend, lowering to her knees and gently stroking him on his headfur.
One-Rage opens his eyes slightly at the touch, stirring for a moment.
Her eyes travel along the lupine fur as she continues to stroke his head softly. Her throat is tight with restraint.
One-Rage doesn't move much as a low pitched whine echos from his muzzle, the brown eyes drooping closed again. His pelt seems a bit thinner, dirty, obviously starved.
Yi rubs along his body, gently massaging the dog-like wolf in a quiet manner. "I'm sorry Jay," she finally manages to whisper.
One-Rage wonders why she's sorry. Not her fault he's dying here, uselessly.
Yi shifts her position a little and continues her soft rubbing. "If I had been more..." she pauses, thinking of what word she wanted to use, how to translate it, "if I had been better at seeing the fomori, we might have gotten it without you getting hurt as you are now."
One-Rage shakes his head slowly at her words, chuffing painfully. Is an Ahroun, is supossed to take the hardest blows for Gaia. Is proud to know he will die for something he believed in.
Yi lets her breath out softly in a strained sigh. "This is not how you will die, One-Rage-in-Shadows," her tone is hard. "Your death, when it comes, will be one in glory, not in slow suffering like this." She utters a low growl, though it would almost sound humorous as any human growling would.
One-Rage softly chuffs again as he lays there, his eyes squeezed closed. Do not worry, if I die, then I die, but Sepdet Rhya could not fix me.
Banecruncher pads into the church and raises his head to sniff for any current occupants.
"Not worry..." her voice trails as she looks towards the doors. "If Sepdet-rhya could not heal you, who can?" As her eyes turn, she sees the lupus Gnawer and bows her head in acknowledgement.
Banecruncher rumbles questioningly as he pads toward the voice.
One-Rage opens his eyes up slightly as he draws in the scent of Bane, his vision hazy and blurry.
Yi looks at Bane, then averts her eyes towards a different part of the floor, feeling guilty of causing Jay's condition regardless of the fullmoon's assurances.
Banecruncher growls softly and looks between the two of you. Who explains?
One-Rage will explain. Got real sick after battling the banes. Sepdet Rhya healed and cleansed me, was ok for a few days, now, really sick again, hurts even more inside.
"Our scouting brought us into a part of the sewer, where we could not see. Something attacked One-Rage while I was ahead, and... he is like this now," she sums up.
Banecruncher rumbles thoughtfully....
One-Rage flickers his tail back and forth and closes his eyes once more. Don't know what to do Frisket, probably going to die here. Shit. Banecruncher thinks we need a theurge. You will watch over him while I find one. If it works, he will be up and fighting again soon.
Yi nods slowly, gazing down at Jay, scratching lightly behind his ears.
One-Rage rumbles lightly in appreciation, sighing slightly to himself.
Yi shifts down to lupus, and nuzzles the ahroun before laying down next to him.
