Farmhouse: Hallway and Living Room
All doorways in the front part of the house lead to the front hallway, a J-shaped area with the short tail starting at the stairs, the front door hitting the bottom curve, the doorless opening to the living room halfway up the long side, and the also doorless opening to the kitchen and dining room at the very top. The hall has a simple wooden floor, and decorated with a generic print of soft-colored flowers hanging on the wall to the right of the front door, and a tall table sitting under the print which serves as a place to toss keys. A closet under the stairs serves as a place to hang coats or to toss shoes.
The doorless opening to the living room is halfway up the side of the hall's J, and the word cozy might spring to mind when looking into is, as it seems to radiate comforting vibrations. A long couch sits against the south wall beneath a large bay window curtained only by sheers that manages to obscure the view in but only filters the day's light. A variety of out-of-date magazines are strewn atop a low coffee table; more neatly presented are the plethora of books filling the small bookshelves which line the eastern wall. Three chairs sit about the room, focused inward, to allow group conversations. Large floor pillows are stacked in one corner of the room, except one, which lies carelessly in the middle of the floor, apparently left out the last time it was used.
An opening in the northern end of the hallway allows access to the kitchen and dining room at the back of the house, while carpeted stairs twist up at the other end of the hall, leading to the second floor. A door at the base of the J lets out to the front porch.

Jervis pages to the room: Olga kinda put Todd under Jervis' instruction a week or two ago, so...yeah. S'why the Fang's here.
Yi is sitting on the couch in the living room of the farmhouse. A book, written in Chinese as it were, resides in her hand. Alls well.
A flash of headlights appears through the Farmhouse windows. The flicker out, and then a loud slamming of a car door can be heard, followed by an irritated, loud series of footsteps upon the porch. Unceremoniously, the Fang enters, lit cigarette perched in his mouth.
Not too long after, the door opens and in comes one Taslyn, followed by Todd who is basically pulled into the farmhouse. She looks at the two that are there and nods. "Yi. Good that you are here and Jervis... Glad you could make it on such a quick phone call." She finally lets the boy go. "You both know Todd, correct?"
Todd checks his watch and curses softly in Russian.
Yi looks up as headlights beam through the windows, and then a bit less enthusiastically, she nods her greetings to Jervis and goes back to reading her book. When Taslyn arrives, with Todd in tow, the book is closed. "Yes," she replies simply, still relaxed enough on the outward appearance to be almost cat-like.
"What'd he do now?" the Fang snaps, almost before Taslyn is finished speaking. Jervis for now completely ignores Yi, his gaze fixed on Todd, the rest of his body quite tensed, irritated and motionless save for when he give the cigarette a suck.
"I need at least two others to see what I am about to do." Taslyn turns and looks Todd right into the eyes. "Now... CUB. First of all, if you ever disrespect me again I will do a lot worse than pull you into the farmhouse. Second, you challenged me and I accept. Now, you challenged my rank, which does happen to be higher than yours I would like to mention in case you forgot. You can either stay in this farmhouse until I can speak with Olga and Megan... Or we can go out to the barn and finish your challenge." She does not look away from the boy's eyes when she states the rest of the problem. "I found Todd here in the city, pulling a knife on a human boy. A human boy that I finally found out he had stolen money from. He also cut the boy up with this." Taslyn holds up a wire whip of sorts. "Now, CUB. Give me the rest of those stupid toys you have. You are garou. Not a toy master. I want them all." She points to the coffee table. "If you cannot fight like a garou, you have no use being here." Is is only then that anybody else is given the opportunity to talk.
Todd sighs. "Stupid toys? Alright. You want just the things that can be used as weapons, or all my worldly possessions?" He begins to rummage around in his jacket, finding things.
In the back of the house, The back door opens and closes quietly, letting in a slightly grubby-looking Stargazer in t-shirt and ragged cutoffs.
Yi slips her book back into a pocket of her jacket, eyes now on the pair. "For someone who looks like they are going to be in trouble, you don't seem very worried," she notes aloud, a total opposite of Jervis for now.
Jervis 's head snaps to Yi. His expression is stern, frustrated still. "_Just_ 'trouble'?" he asks, some amusement creeping in there. He shakes his head, walking over to a couch and shaking his hands in both Yi's and Tas' direction. "You do with him what you will," he says, cigarette-muffled. It's impossible to interpret which of the two he's addressing with that.
Taslyn takes in a deep breath. "So which is it? Do you follow through with your challenge or do you follow my wishes as your elder and stay in this house until I tell you to leave?"
In the back of the house, Flash lifts eyebrows. As stealthy as one of his auspice ought to be, he slips over toward the doorway into the living room, saying nothing and making little noise.
Todd quirks a brow. "I'll stay. Though I won't mind being released into the custody of my Elder. Speaking of questions-All my worldly possessions, or just the things that may be used as weapons?" He lays what looks like a letter open on the table, from god knows where in his jacket. "An Yi-rhya, I'm not worried over events I can't control. You know why I took the money-who its for. And you know I cut him because I had too."
Taslyn shakes her head at the cub. "You don't see what you almost did tonight. Do you know the litany? Do you know the one about lifting of the veil? Do you? Truly?" She sighs and growls. "The weapons, smartass."
Yi arches a brow, glancing from face to face. "I'm afraid I don't know what, or who, you are talking about, Todd. All I have heard is that you attacked a human boy, tried to steal money from him, and got caught before deciding to cut his face up with this." She picks up the whip thing, examining it. "And you challenged an elder, as well?"
Taslyn looks to Yi, "Oh no. He cut the boy. The boy was bleeding like crazy."
Flash leans in the doorway and hooks his thumbs into his front pockets. "Don't let 'em give ya any guff, kid," he drawls, presumably to Todd. "Stand firm."
Jervis nods up to the Gazer. "Flash, I'll wager," he says, smirking. Then he looks back at Todd and Taslyn. "He's all yours, as far as I'm concerned. Maybe he'll learn something."
Taslyn just runs her hands through her hair. She breathes deep and looks at Todd. "My room. You are to stay there. You may come down and get food from the fridge and then back to my room. Don't touch anything besides the bed..." She adds. "If I find one piece of my jewelry missing, your ass is mine."
Flash's face stretches into a leering grin at Taslyn's last remark, but he doesn't /say/ anything.
Todd lays out a set of small razor blades. "Those are for cutting pockets open, but I don't want to take any chances." He looks over at Tas, brow furrowing. "You act like I'm some psycho. 1) I didn't attack him. Yes, I stole his money-horrible, bad me. 2) He attack me. He chased me down, backed me into a dead-end alley, and tried to kill me. At that point, I had two options. A) Beat his ass in homid, with whatever was handy or B) Blast up into warform and bite his head off. I went with a bit of discretion. The bleeding like crazy is his fault, for not backing off. I warned him I was dangerous. And I didn't challenge you."
Taslyn takes in a deep breath. "I believe your words were... "That is for /my/ Elder to decide. You are not of my /family/ and you hold no position in the 'group.'" I beg to differ. Your family is garou and I do hold a position of authority."
Jervis just blinks, and occasionally drags from his cigarette. He's clearly listening, but also clearly doesn't much care. He looks up from his seat to Flash. "So. How're you?"
Todd sighs. "Family was a codeword for tribe, and group is the sept. Subtly."
Taslyn looks at Todd. "Upstairs. Now. I am sorry I don't know your code." Her eyes are on fire as she says this.
Yi speaks up, if but to be brief. "I will hold onto these." So she takes said objects of Todd and counts them up. "And I will speak to you later, Todd."
Flash's muddy blue eyes roll over toward Jervis and look him up and down lazily. "Desiring a shower, mostly." He yawns and straightens up from the doorway. "And some bed-down, maybe, unless la Fianna objects."
Taslyn looks over at Flash and her demeanor completely changes. "Nope. Always welcome, Flash. Even if you are an ass." She gives the man a wink.
Flash forks two fingers and wiggles his tongue between them in an obscene way at Taslyn and then saunters toward the stairs.
Jervis smiles, nodding, albeit mostly to himself at the Gazer's response. He then lazes back onto the couch, watching.
Taslyn laughs a little bit and yells back to Flash, "The technique is all wrong. I will teach you someday."
"Promises, promises," calls the Gazer lazily, just before disappearing upstairs.
